Having watched his greatest ally abandon the course of justice in the name of victory, he grew dissatisfied with the path to justice his team had one paved, and, in the face of a near infinitely large universe, saw the need for swifter, safer justice. Seeing ODMA as a means of getting strong whilst also doing a large amount of good, Jiren joined the Office for Defense as a warrior, helping to respond to multiversal threats.

Goku believed that after the most recent events and Vegeta's questioning of why he could not access Ultra Instinct, that he needed to get stronger, and then maybe he could get Ultra Instinct back. Thus, Goku joined the Office of Defense for Multiversal Assets to not only help protect his world and possibly many other worlds, but to also get stronger and hopefully, just maybe, run into Jiren again. Not as enemies, but as friendly rivals like Vegeta of sorts.

Markus has the ability to awaken other androids, talk to them through thoughts and can scan areas. He carries a handgun, but since I'm playing peaceful route Markus I probably won't use it.

Organization:
Wanda Maximoff met both Markus and Simon in her travels prior to the events of House of M. Sympathetic to their plight, Wanda made friends with the pair and encouraged Markus in his ambitions, though ultimately decided she could not directly assist them before she left them. They were of the few Wanda never sent invitations out to for the Eveline Incident, though how this came to be was known only to her. In an effort to make sense of what happened during the incident, Wanda's son, Billy Kaplan met with some of the individuals Wanda had encountered in her travels, eventually meeting Markus and Simon. Wanting to know why they were never sent invitations, Billy asked that he stay with them for a time. However, soon after, Billy was called to the Coalition on an important matter. Billy requested that Markus and Simon assist him in exchange for his help in their rebellion.

Abilities/Equipment: Russia is the personification of the nation Russia, and thus, cannot die unless the country disappears. He cannot fully die, but he can die and come back to life after a while, although he will feel the pain and what killed him. Due to his immortality and childhood, Russia has a pretty high pain threshold, but has his limits. Asides from his abilities as a nation, Russia always carries a iron pipe (magic stick of pain~) and at least one bottle of vodka.

Organization: United Universes
After a long history of trying to conquer other countries, Russia began to realise that the world becoming one wasn’t possible, and began to look for something more important then the UN to be a part of.
Luck struck him when it turns out that one of his people turned out to have knowledge of the multiverse, and after some effort, managed to join up on the UU.

Other Info: Russia is..not exactly the most sane of people, nor the nicest. This can be attributed to his bloody history and childhood. It doesn’t excuse his actions, but it explains it.

Long time, and until recently, High ranking member of the Coalition. Her membership role in the group is currently in dispute and lowered due to "events" caused by the Witch. Billy, her reincarnated son, has taken much of duties since then.
If needed, I'd also suggest including a small paragraph or so on how your character ended up with the organization if it is not shown in a previous event or RP.​

Stand: Scary Monsters
Even as a Stand User, Diego stands out as the factors of his Stand do not manifest as a separate entity that he can use to attack his opponents from a distance of any kind. Instead, 'Scary Monsters' acts as a Virus that has the capabilities to infect whomever he or any infected organisms to turn into various type of dinosaurs under Diego's direct control. Not only that, but 'Scary Monsters' can also be used for a fossilization effect, in which those that Diego comes into prolonged and direct contact with are at risk into being turned into dinosaur statues, or fossils. And when the need arrives for the man to engage in combat, Diego himself is able to transform himself into a feral Raptor or simply inherit that form's strength and other attributes, such as sharp teeth, claws, or a tail. And within his Raptor or 'Hybrid' state between man and dinosaur, Diego assumes the power and speed of a Stand itself, able to directly combat another Stand.

Equipment: Other than a few scout raptors that he keeps on his person for various purposes, Diego is always accompanied with his racing horse, Silver Bullet. Other practical equipment include a hunting knife, rope, canteen, and 6-bullet pistol.

Abilities: Aside from his powers, Diego is a natural genius as a horse jockey, able to properly see to a horse's well being and training whilst having an affinity for the creatures, a trait he's held since the age of 5 that allowed even the most feral of horses to calmly approach him.

Organization: Ollerus​

Other Info: Unlike his counterpart, Diego holds no particular feelings towards those of another world's Joestar line, as most- if not all- of his contempt is reserved for just Johnny Joestar when it comes to that family. However, the only reason he is truly affiliated with Ollerus is to keep an eye on Giorno, whose well being and growth is the only thing Diego seems to show any concern for.
