Though they don't technically have powers there are cybernetic enhancements that can make regular humans just as powerful as Signs. Three. No, one cannot have the powers of two different elements. Oleg is around 6 feet tall, with broad shoulders and a lean physique. He has tan skin and black slicked back hair. Piercing blue eyes shine from under his dark brows and silver studs sparkle in his ears. Usually dressed in some fancy, outlandish jacket with a white dress shirt and dark grey suit pants.

Strengths - His manipulation of metal is Cane's biggest strength. Using only his mind, he can move metal objects around a room, attract, repel or even bend metal.
Weaknesses - He has limited movement capabilities because of his limp and is also very physically weak.
Hobbies/ Other Skills - Reading, Poetry, Playing Music, Creating Sculptures
Weapon of Choice - A bundle of thin steel wire used for tying up or tripping foes, a few bullets that can be accelerated to half the speed of a regular bullet and a steel cane that is primarily used for walking but also for close quarter combat.
History - Since a very young age, Oleg proved himself a genius. He exelled in every class and by the age of 19 he was hired as an assistant professor of particle physics. He knew a lot, which might have been why Universe wanted to experiment on his mind and body. During his trials there was an explosion which lodged a piece of shrapnel in his brain. This shrapnel, mixed with the serum, gave Oleg the ability to alter the magnetic fields of objects with his mind. Unfortunately, a piece of metal was also launched into his foot and shattered his right ankle, giving Oleg a permanent limp and the need to walk with a cane, hence the nickname "Cane".

She was originally intended to be placed in the military, but during her trials, her lungs were irreversibly damaged, making strenuous activities hard for her. Before the operation that would give her cybernetic implants to fix her lungs, a group of Resistance members who knew her parents broke her out and set her up with a new identity. Two years later, she works at a flower shop, saving up for the implants she didn’t get before so she can actively help the Resistance. She practices using her Sign in secret.
Other: When she’s outside, she needs to wear a gas mask fitted with air filters to protect her lungs. It didn’t originally look so elaborate, but she decorated it herself.
She keeps a lot of plants in her apartment that she uses to practice her Sign. She can lift the soil out of a flowerpot without damaging the plant inside.

I have more than one question... What the hell is this spelling? Honestly, are you guys on the run from the CIA? Take some time to review what you are saying before you post it. Also, why is the bow and arrow guy such a blood thirsty maniac? What kind of sane human being talks like "Must help James. Call when dinner ready." and even more who jumps at the thought of murdering someone, even if they're an asshole?
