Parpar was annoyed by the day, to say the least. He was right when he told Audrey they (And Tash, of course, though his taste in food might make him more insane) were the only sane ones in a sea of madmen. Every other student seemed to want to do a very irritating and showy demonstration of their abilities, and their conduit. Mikda's transformation was an unexpected suprise, one that explained her young body, but it only added onto the fact that most of these people should have been locked up for society's safety. He waited until the end of class to hand in his conduit, the eight foot staff cut down to six and a half with circular turquoise endcaps. It was simple, legal, and effective, everything he would ever need.
He shuffled along to the dueling hall towards the rear of the twenty students, trying to avoid the craziest of the lot and making sure not to be picked on for any demonstrations. A few students went, then one of the crazies. He was more alert as she stepped up to sling, just in case, when he noticed Thal making subtle movements near him. The next few seconds were surreal, the bolt reflecting off of the absorbent barrier, Master Wijk's quick move to protect the students, and the Void Born just as quickly moving to usher the students out.
He moved with the crowd before wandering away, trying to get to slip away to his room. He only came back into the moment at the poke of a Borderman girl.
"Excuse me?" Parpar narrowed his eyes at the girl, annoyed at her question. "Ma'am? Can you not tell that I am- No, you're a Borderman, aren't you?" He resisted the urge to continue to shout her down, and calmed himself. "My name is Parpar, and I'm a male. What do you want?"
