Journey Into the Unknown: A Star Wars RP IC

Roshion Frunger:

Roshion saw the five pirates guarding the villagers grab their stuff and head off in the direction of Jandrik.

"You two guard the prisoners," one of the pirates shouted at the two pirates that had been resting.

Roshion waited for the others to leave, waiting and watching the two pirates left for an opening . Seeing her opening Roshion rushed from her hiding place. The first pirate was too slow to react to Roshion's sudan appearance, stumbling back he tried to get away from the jedi, but Roshion used here speed and his confusion to send her blade through his arms. As Roshion attacked the first pirate the other turned and opened fire, a laser bolt pierced through Roshions cloak leaving a small burning hole in it. Roshion tossed her cloak to the side and focused on the second pirate, it took a couple bolts, but finally she managed to deflect a laser into the pirate's chest. Roshion rushed to free the villagers. Using her blade she cut them free of the pirates bondage, but she was not able to make it far.

"Watch out!" A villager yield.

Turning quickly Roshion raised her lightsaber to deflect what she thought had to be lasers, but what she saw took her breath away. Barely managing to deflect the crimson blade Roshion recoiled trying to create some distance between her and the sith, but the sith pressed his advantage and continued to assault Roshion with a flurry of blows. Roshion kept deflecting and backing away, after awhile of playing defence Roshion attacked the sith. The two continued to fight, until the siths companions joined him with a blast of force power that sent Roshion hurtling into a bolder. Roshion tried to get back up, but her head was spinning from the crash with the stone. The three sith did not plan on letting the young jedi recover. The sith Roshion had been originally fighting leaped at the fallen jedi for a finishing blow.

Ferriath Quugh (Shadow Quugh)

"The Sith are here. Save the villagers. I'll get the padawans. Then fall back." She thought to Setzer. She had been practicing her abilities with the force, even trying things that the council would frown upon. Force Telepathy was one of things. The other few she hoped she didn't need to reveal all at once.

She let the message go, them channeled her power into a leap from her position. Dropping her concealment in the air, she activated her guard saber along the length of her forearm.

Landing in front of the Padawan Roshion in a position that allowed her to take the full force of the sith attack. She looked up into the eyes of the sith before raising her other hand. She yelled in anger and hate as she channeled all her energy. Yellow electricity flew from her hand at the sith, then branched off as it went towards his accomplices.

Dealing with the immense strain of her chain electrical judgment, and the force of the attack she blocked from the sith, the light sabers still buzzing in contact, she grit her teeth and spoke as best as she could.

"Roshion, fall back with Jandrik. Help Setzer save the villagers. I'll hold them off."

Setzer Branford

He'd lagged behind to give the padawans their time to shine when all of a sudden, Ferriath's voice penetrated his mind. She told him to save the villagers, the sith were here?!! He had so many questions but his first priority was to get to the villagers as fast as possible. As he ran up to where he'd last seen the padawans, he discovered what looked like three sith advancing on Roshion and Ferriath. Quickly conjuring all the power he could muster, he moved in between the to females and released a force shockwave that sent all three sith colliding with the wall behind them.

"Go quickly!" Setzer yelled at the villagers "The path behind you is clear, run and don't look back!" One villager nodded "Thank you." He said as the rest of the villagers fled the cave alongside him. As the Sith began to regain their bearings, Setzer unsheathed his lightsaber, the golden saber illuminating his bandaged face. "Roshion, get Jandrik and protect the villagers as they escape. We'll handle this." He quickly addressed Ferriath, "I have so many questions right now, but lets deal with these first."

He quickly lept into action, force pushing the middle sith back into the wall, stunning her again and focused his attention on the sith to his right. They were skilled in the blade, Setzer could determine that much, but this one's force aura seemed to be weak. As he parried and thrust his saber looking for an opening, he pulled a quick spin and used the momentum to amplify a force push that sent the sith flying into the hull of the ship, knocking him unconscious. He then turned to see how Ferriath was holding up.

Roshion Frunger:

Roshion still felt shooting pain from her head as she moved to help the villagers. As she worked to get the villagers free she used the force to heal her wounds and recover. Roshion cut the last villager free and stated to lead them toward the camps edge. Two pirates came from inside the cave and opened fire on the fling civilians. Roshion managed to deflect most of the lasers away from the villagers, but she could not cover all of them and a bolt hit a villager in the chest. Roshion had to attack. Using force speed she raced at the pirates. Even with her throbbing head she was able to cut the first pirate down, but second rolled behind a rock and sent a volley of lasers at Roshion. With her mind hurting she found it hard to deflect the attacks and instead dodged them. After dodging twenty or so more shoots the pirate had to reload giving Roshion time to get close enough to kill the pirate. As Roshion turned to head back to the fling villagers she heard screams of help coming from inside the cave. Roshion knew she should get the other villagers to safety, but Roshion could not turn her back on those in need. Taking a deep breath Roshion cleared her mind and focused before charging blind into the cave.

Jandrik Draelyr

Nodding with satisfaction as the dust settled from the boulder, he was relieved to see Roshion creep past the guards, taking the remaining ones out easily. A larger problem became apparent as a volley of lasers zoomed through the air around him. Jandrik twisted, throwing himself out of the way as the five pirates came at him. Preoccupied with this new adversary, he failed to notice as Roshion was ambushed by the Sith. Jandrik twirled the blue blade, reflecting many of the shoots and wounding on of the advancing pirates in the leg. It was becoming increasingly difficult to dodge and parry the blasters as they got closer, so Jandrik let out another force push to send the rest stumbling before turning and running into the forest.

He was never any good at increasing his physical capabilities with the force, but he was good at manipulating objects around him, and he used this to his advantage. As the pirates tried to give chase, he toppled trees to block their path, and manipulated vines and bushes to snare around their legs. He made sure to keep just ahead of the pirates to dodge their blasters while keeping them occupied with the chase. Finally Jandrik felt that the game had gone long enough. He used the force to send a large trunk crashing down, smashing one of the pirates in the ground and clipping another one, sending him down as he clutched his shoulder. The last two tried to fire upon Jandrik, but using the cover of the trees he made his way into slicing range. Two outward slashes from the humming lightsaber resulted in two arms falling to the ground, still clutching the blasters. The pirates screamed as the blue blade cut them down, finishing them. Jandrik turned and plunged the saber into the chest of the last one, effectively ending the little game.

Panting, he was about to make his way back to Roshion when the hiss of another lightsaber humming to life sounded behind him. Jandrik spun, his lightsaber coming to rest in front of him as he regarded the Sith, a red glowing blade in its hand. It wore a mask and a low hood, hiding it's identity. A Sith? Jandrik thought to himself in desperation as the two faced off, slowly walking in a circle. Perhaps they are related to the disturbance we have been feeling. What surprised Jandrik was the fact that the Sith Warrior hadn't attacked him yet. It just watched him carefully as they made their rotation.

Finally the Sith Warrior spoke to him, it's voice masked by a robotic machine. "You are strong, young one. The power of the dark side calls to you." The warrior put on a sympathetic tone, beckoning to Jandrik. "Join us, and feel the power."

He responded with a thrust, the lightsabers clashing. They fought fiercly for a few seconds, the sound of the colliding blades echoing through the forest before they stepped back to regard each other again. Despite Jandrik's exhaustion, he had held himself in the first encounter, and he could tell the warrior was hard pressed. Not wasting time, he leapt forward again, attacking aggressively as Jandrik forced the Sith warrior back a few steps. He channeled his suspicion and fear into strength, smashing the lightsaber against the glowing red and knocking it wide, the warrior having just enough time to reposition before it was knocked wide again.

"Feel the power!" The Sith called, laughing as it took another step backwards. "I can feel your fear, and your suffering." Jandrik growled, spinning around with a powerful backhand that finally knocked the red lightsaber into the forest. The Sith warrior was panting know, and Jandrik gently rested his lightsaber against the Sith's neck. He couldn't read the facial features of the person under the mask, but Jandrik had a terrible feeling that the Sith was smiling underneath. Without a word, he jerked his hand sideways, sending the masked head to fall to the dirt with a thump, the body following shortly after. Jandrik stood there for a moment before walking over and picking up the Sith's lightsaber from the leaves. Am I becoming one of them? He asked himself as he hid the blade in his robes. He was afraid of the dark side, as the more he looked back on the encounter he just had, the more he realized that everything had been leading up to that point. May the force guide me down the correct path, he thought to himself. He couldn't help but add; Perhaps the dark side is the correct path for me. Shaking his head roughly, he slowly made his way back to the pirate camp to see if Roshion had any luck, and to sort out his new found revelations.

Ferriath Quugh (Shadow Quugh)

She had used electric judgment on the apprentices, while one of the padawans used force push to send them sprawling. Wasting no time she leaped at one of the Sith apprentices while it was still incapacitated on the ground. As she came down next to the Sith, she switched her grip on her shoto and plunged it into the midriff of the Sith.

She force leaped again and did the exact same technique, killing another of the Apprentices. This left just 1 apprentice. This apprentice had just recovered from the lightning and force push. "Roshion! Regroup with the others. Setzer is in command now. Follow his orders. I'll finish up here." She yelled as she stared down the other Sith. She waited for the Sith to make the first move. She hadn't needed to even draw her other saber yet and she hoped it stayed that way. She was breathing hard, nearly panting. The amount of energy she exerted using her force powers was immense.

Roshion Frunger:

As Roshion traveled deeper into the earth she could feel the force grow stronger, sidetracked by the force she almost missed two pirates charging right at her. Drawing her lightsaber Roshion readied to attack, but when the pirates saw her they threw up their arms in surrender and just continued to run at her. Confused Roshion did not know what to do "Stop!" Roshion yelled at them.

"No, we give up we just want out of here," one of the pirates replied not stopping. As they got closer Roshion could feel the fear radiating off of them in waves.

"Wait what happened? Where are the rest of your prisoners?" Roshion commanded pointing her lightsaber at the approaching pirates.

"Dead, so is all the rest of us if we don't get up out of her," the other pirate explained almost walking right into Roshion's green saber.

"Stop!" Roshion commanded again this time she used the force to push one of them into the wall. The other just straight up abandoned his partner and continued to race for the exit. "Tell me how and what happened."

"The one has em all the kept screaming as he use some thin awful to collect them souls he is ran out of um prisonrs su he started usn us we is barely made it out," the pirate blurted out in a confused tongue.

Roshion let the pirate go not really gaining any knowledge, since she couldn't really understand him. Not knowing for sure if the villagers were dead or alive she continued downward into the cave until she found what the pirate must have been talking about. All around her dead bodies covered the floor destroyed be the true power of the darkside. Roshion could feel the call of the darkside all around her and there at the end of the cave stood a cloaked figure with a glowing red object floating in front of him. Roshion could feel power radiating off of this enemy, power she had never felt before. As she stood there the fear started to set in and the realisation of how big a mistake she had made coming down here. Roshion tried to reach out to the others through the force, but the darkside surrounding her made it impossible, all she could do was hope. Roshion froze as the cloaked figure spoke, "the price has already been paid, but I think it can work with more if you would like to try or maybe you are here as I am to learn?"

Barely audible Roshion replied with the words of her master, "there is no power in the dark side only fear, loss, and pain."

"Then tell me what this is youngling," the Cloaked figure asked turning to face Roshion with a wave of sith lightning. Roshion screamed like she had never done before as the lightning traveled throughout her body, she begged for it to stop.
