The Goddess' Staff.

Silvan stepped back for a moment, "Sorry, I got a little dizzy for a moment." He walked right back to where the gate was supposed to be. The luck was there just how he left it but he wasn't going to bother opening it again. Instead, Silvan just smashed the lock with the staff and the lock broke, it was a cheap luck anyways. He opened the gate and closed it back.

The alien was in hot pursuit of the two men. He saw the one with the staff and went after him while Dominic ran the other way and jumped the fence a few feet away. Now was a good time to get as far away from Silvan as possible. If this alien wanted the staff back he was going to let it have at the school kid. In the meantime a flash of headlights shone out over the park and a couple of men jumped out of the car after Dominic.

Running back to the ship was the only option and Dominic circled back. "Shit." This wasn't the kind of situation that he wanted to find himself in and he figured it was his best chance to try and fly the ship if he had to.

The ship itself had appeared to be in a state of complete stillness, any kind of repair it was making seemed have stopped, paused actually. The ship's controls were very basic, it hardly seemed specialized for anything. Regardless of all of that, it appeared to be good enough for some amount of flying.

When Silvan looked back, he happened to have seen the alien running towards him. Of course he didn't really intend on being chased with an amoured creature so he just proceeded to turn back and hand the alien the staff. When he looked forwarded, he began to notice that Dominic was heading right back to the ship.

Lights flashed, men with flashlights flooded into the park and a beam rested on Silvan as they approached. "Freeze!" It didn't matter how many times they yelled to Dominic to freeze, he was determined to get into that ship and do what he could to escape. It was about time he took some kind of technology back home and the ship was his best shot. Better than getting caught or picked up by agents.

The other alien must have determined the same thing. He took the staff somewhat surprised at how easily it was surrendered and then rushed back toward the ship as well.

The other alien, despite appearing to be heavy with the metal suit was surprisingly swift. It ran. Building up speed while it hurried towards the ship. The staff remained inactive thought and the whips repairing completely stopped, almost as if the ship was waiting for some instruction.

Silvan looked at the men and held his hands up, he the pointed to the individuals running towards the ship quickly and waited for them to be distracted. He was curious to know why Dominic was running to the ship

Two men stopped to arrest Silvan though they were primarily focused on the other two that were currently running toward the ship. Dominic could run fast, but the suit seemed to give the other alien an advantage. He still had to get out of here. Before he could reach the ship Dominic was tackled and sent flying across the wreckage and then slammed into the ship. Normally it would have hurt a person, but he instinctively tried to protect himself. A set of harsh spike type intrusions came out of his arms and sliced into the ship. At the same time a sort of deep blue glow came to the skin on his arms in a sort of pattern and it showed on the tops of his hands and created a sort of glow in the opening of his jacket.

Turning around he faced the other alien and he shook his head slightly. They were going to end up with a fight right here to determine who got off earth.

The alien stopped and looked around for a moment, he respectively rest the Staff down and made sure it was right at a safe place, it then looked at Dominic for a moment and didn't seem too eager for any sort of combat. The ship itself finally dissolved back into the dust it was made from, then the dust blew away, disappearing quickly as if it was never there at all. "At ease Quotian spy, I don't want to have to message any of your supervisors." The alien said to him with a self proclaimed authority, a faint blue glow radiated from inside the suit, but more surprisingly then that, the voice sounded oddly feminine.

Silvan watched, while he was under handcuffs, he looked around and noticed the staff right on the floor. He then looked at the officer who was next to him.

Quotion spy! Who did she think she was talking about. At least she didn't want to fight, but he wasn't that interested in being caught either. Sliding the long spikes back into his arm he glowered at her and then turned to run. He could still outrun the men that were flooding into the park. Let the others deal with them. He still had his sample and he could still study it and recreate the ship if he had to. They were all going to have their own fun, but he would do what he was here to.

The alien took back the staff and looked back to see what was happening, the local police would be the least of the problems, bigger ones would soon appear from the sky. In the meantime, the alien ran right after Dominic, allowing the other police members to follow the both of them at the same time. Among the chaos, Silvan Sultan managed to slip by and leave the scene mostly undetected but he still had the annoying cuff on him.

Another ship started to fall out of the sky and it crashed only a few yards behind Dominic. He ducked instinctively as sparks flew and debris of rock and dirt were thrown into the air. He was still running and then had to zig zag as a ship crashed in front of him. This time he was thrown back as the debris flew at him and a boulder caught him in the legs. Landing on top of the lady he wrenched the staff from her hand and then took off again. If she was chasing after him and all the other aliens were after him to it might as well be for a reason.

The staff sparked a bit, then it began to scan Dominic, pretty soon, it began to morph into something else. The staff slightly evaporated a bit, then rebuilt itself into the standard hand cuffs that covered his entire arm. The cuffs changed it's color to blue then developed small spites around it, similar to the Quation species. The alien looked for a moment, then it hopped away into the cover of deep trees without a word while a couple dozen gang members from the ships came out. They were mostly scaly, though some of them had smooth skin

While Dominic was trying to get away with the staff it changed and he found one arm completely encapsulated. It wasn't all bad except that it made it impossible for him to bed his arm and when he reached over to try and pull it off it started to crawl up his other arm. "Damn it!" Yelling loudly he started an awkward shuffle run. He couldn't run quite as quickly or as nimbly without the use of his arms, but he was still able to get about well enough.

The staff recognized the trouble and pulled back the point party, but it remained in it's arm while it began to finalize and reactivate itself. It soon attempted to blend with his clothes, changing color to the fabric of his shirt until it finally began to replicate the exact fabric itself. Once all that was completed, it slightly loosened a little for comfort and nothing else. Silvan was within the trees again, he was walking just a bit until he ran right into Dominic, again. "Again?"

Whatever it was the staff had done a good job of sticking to him and Dominic was alright with it acting as a sort of fabric. In many ways it made the staff more manageable to hide and retain. Glancing behind himself he looked to see where the other alien was at. She didn't appear to be in an immediate zone of proximity to himself and then he ran right into Silvan. "Get out of here!" Pushing away from the other he lunged to his feet again and started running.

Silvan looked at him and managed to step back, a little bit curious to know where Dominic was going, but Silvan knew he couldn't really keep up with him for very long. So, he just watched him as he ran further and further away from him. The other alien also came out from the bushes for a bit and looked up, a couple of ships was shinning a bright light on the floor. She looked around for a bit and managed to push Dominic away from the light

However the lady caught up Dominic would never know, but he tumbled off to the side and rolled into the ditch. Water enveloped him and he started to swim toward the opposite shore. When he got out of the water he found that the other two must have been faster swimmers than himself and he scowled at them. "What is the matter with you two?"

The alien pointed up to the ships that's scanning the area, it appeared to be loaded with weapons designed to kill, and the gunshots heard from a good distance away is probably the police reacting to the ships right above them. "If they found you, you'll be dead." The alien finally said, she stepped out of the water and soon the water evaporate as steam from the metallic suit. Whatever is in that suit must be hot

"I kinda gathered I was in trouble." Dominic shook his arm and tried to loosen the already tightening staff again. "So what's your brilliant plan since you're the one wearing armor?"

The alien looked around for a moment then it grabbed the arm that that cuffs was wrapped around. The cuffs blinked for a bit, for about 5 minutes then a camouflaged tent formed right under him, it was big enough for 3.

It was nice having a tent, but it wasn't going to do much as far as Dominic was concerned. Not to mention it had never completely disengaged from his arm so he was forced to his knees with his arm stuck to the ground. "Does this thing ever come off?"
