The Goddess' Staff.

Silvan looked at the staff for a moment and began to think for a bit, "Okay, make us a space ship, please?" The staff complied and the entire thing fell off of Dominic. It them attempted to forge a basic space ship from scratch developing just enough for light speed. Most pieces just appeared to have come from nowhere as it finalized the ship. The exact same one that looked like the alien's

"Uh, huh." Dominic grumbled as he watched the ship form. This was a great chance to escape and he knew it wouldn't work. This thing was liable to run him down and insist on hanging on him like a sort of puppy. "Guess we all load in then." It was a bit of a tight fit, but they could make it. "Alright make more space in the ship." The ship expanded slightly and he nodded with approval. "Take us to your maker." Dominic couldn't help the slightly sarcastic and playful tone in his voice. It just sounded funny to him to ask these little things to do this stuff.

Silvan yawned casually and sat down on the seat, he looked at the gloves for a while. There was then a map that was loading and analyzing any potential route to take. It took a couple of seconds until eventually, she ship blasted off into space. However, other ships caught on and began follow as quickly as possible, quite a few of the ships were firing, particularly aiming at any potential engines. Silvan looked out of the window curiously, then he activated the ship's own guns.

There was a pulling sensation in his jacket and Dominic peered down at it. Mostly it seemed that the jar was causing a bit of stirring. While he was busy retrieving the jar from his jacket Dominic gave another order. "Shield." The ship produced a small energy field shield and he grinned. He was starting to like the way this thing worked. Once he had the jar out of his pocket he laughed. "Look at that. It made a mini ship with a shield inside the jar and it's pointing the direction we should go. Kind of like it's own little compass."

"Awe cute, I'll call it, mini ship." The alien said to the ship in the bottle for a moment, she managed to smile just a little through the suit, though no one would actually be able to notice it. Silvan looked at the computer, his screen had the entire thing shaped as a 90s video game while he attempted to return fire, it was much more difficult then it actually looked. He didn't really complain though, at least the shield's practically indestructible.

Now that Dominic was getting used to the idea of the ship he leaned back and relaxed. "I think I'll take a nap. You can keep firing at those things long as you want, but we're fine." Just as long as the ship knew where they were going there wasn't any trouble ahead. How could there be? They had an indestructible ship that was flying itself to where it belonged and he was just a passenger. Aside from that he had the sample he needed to make more of them and that was all the more he needed.

The ship was near mars by that point but it soon began to move a little slower, and the overall functions got a little weaker. Silvan looked at the little battery symbol on the screen then he noticed the overheating symbol being quite high. As a result, it quickly began to descend into mars, getting pulled by the planet's gravity fairly quickly. Then, the entire thing began to evaporate once it got near the floor, the entire ship evaporated and the battery symbol showed it being out of power. Silvan fell into the floor face then then quickly stood up. The alien fell down and made a large hole.

With any last bit of energy, the staff analyzed the environment, then covered both Silvan and Dominic in a protective suit, to recharge and also protect the two against any radiation.

"Whoa!!!" Dominic started to yell in panic when the ship began to slow down. Why in the world had this dumb thing taken them to Mars? What was the business of this thing anyway? Didn't it know how to chart a course and bypass potential hazards? He would have thought for how smart it seemed that they wouldn't have had that issue. As the staff started to create a suit he laid perfectly still. "I sure hope this isn't where the maker lives. If this isn't where he lives lets just fly by in our new suits."

"Nah, I think the ship just ran out of juice," Silvan said, not much was able to be done with the suit, it became mostly unresponsive while it attempted the normal recharge. He looked around then kicked a few rocks that was right next to him, a few of them. Silvan then looked at the jar, the mini ship was still intact and it began pointing the direction, towards a mountain. "We should probably go that way." Silvan suggested to both of them."

It was lucky that there was such a thing as the mini ship and while it hadn't been Dominic's original intention to have the jar act as a compass he certainly still wanted to keep the sample. Slowly he looked toward the mountain and he sighed. "That's one long walk." It was all the more he could think to say at this point. Usually things like that looked a lot closer and easier than they were. "It isn't just a simple walk up the mountain." Trudging through the sands on Mars he felt an occasional pull on his legs and he wasn't sure why till he looked behind himself. "Ooooh run!"

Silvan didn't mind the walking per say, but the very temperature of the environment was as cold was wintertime, except there wasn't any snow. It's just an cold, dead desert in the middle of nowhere. So annoying but at least he can breath relatively decently. He then looked back and heard Dominic's shout. He obeyed and quickly ran as quickly as possible the same direction Dominic was running. And for some reason, the alien had appeared to have disappeared in the sand

A great gaping mouth appeared in the sand and Dominic fell into it briefly before he started to scramble his way out again. The giant pothole almost swallowed him and he deployed his spines and used them to dig in so that he could get to the top. Each slice of the spines resulted in a scream from the creature that had tried to swallow him. Hopefully Silvan would find a way to get through this without falling in because Dominic didn't know if he could save the other one too.

Silvan looked up for a moment and analyzed the creature, he then began to climb unto it, gripping tightly while looking for something particularly important, he hang on, hoping that Dominic will continue to distract it as much as possible. Eventually, Silvan made it to the head and waved at Dominic just a moment, he then scotched around and pinched the creature, right where a nerve is supposed to be. In response, the creature knocked out, becoming completely unconscious from it

Thankfully Silvan was smart enough to somehow find a way to disengage the creature, but Dominic was still stuck inside. Crawling to the top of the creature he found himself a little bit disheveled and barely small enough to squeeze between the teeth. "Little help?"

Silvan nodded and hopped off, he walked right to the monster's mouth. He smashed the teeth a little to make it easier for him to crawl out, then Silvan pulled Dominic out of the creature. Luckily, the goo was on the suit, Dominic himself.

Grumbling, Dominic shook the nasty slime from his arms and then started to shake his legs off. "I think we'll have to watch out for dese tings." As the slime started to harden the suit got harder to move in and the alien shivered. His head was all covered in the slime too. "Ets too cold." Shivering and still trying to wipe the slime from his hair he started to stamp his feet so he could get himself warmer if he could.

Silvan nodded and sighed a bit, he looked up for a moment. Then he looked towards the mountain and noticed a structure at appeared to be pretty close. "Hey, at least we're almost there." He said to him. He looked around again to see if the alien was around here somewhere. And there she was, right a short distance away, the creature had bitten her metallic suit, it sparked a little and she sighed while sitting down

A momentary thought occurred to Dominic and he decided to act on it. He walked over to the female and he stood near her so that the slime could melt off of him. "Alright, that's much better." He wasn't going to be able to move anyway if he was all froze up in slime. The only bad part about the slime was that it stank when it was heated and he was pretty sure that by now he smelled like whatever that ground worm's breath smelled like.

"I'm glad you benefit from my condition. But it's a good thing I don't have a nose." The alien replied while she began leaking from the cracks in the suit. At this point, the suit's practically useless to her since it's just leaking like that. The heat created wasn't too bad, it sure did make the small area a little warmer for everyone. Without the suit working as it should however, she then proceeded to begin the process of removing it.
