"Do you have a scrap of cloth, a napkin, anything?" Blindfold said, still hiding his eyes, or lack of such, in the crook of his elbow.

"No. You can't. You almost died - or worse. Why, by all the demons above and below, do you want to go back?"

Daniel returned in a rush after receiving the emergency call from the guards on post, Agape was soon behind him but his attention had shifted towards the two individuals standing near the guard-post. "You can let them in, and I'll get started as soon as possible. Thanks for the call." Daniel nodded to the guards, waving to the two that had been waiting for him. "Pleasure to meet you, I'll save introductions for later - are you helping the man in or not?" He asked the other, he hadn't heard any of their conversation but from posture alone it seemed like the one carrying the injured may be leaving.

"Don't you understand? You don't think the countless dimensions he's conquered had their heroes, too? If he wasn't distracted by me, you'd be forced to accept a fate worse than death. Look at me," he said, removing his face from his elbow. You see dark pits where eyes used to be and dark ink dripping from them. "This is what he does to people like us."

He tugged down on his collar, revealing the skin over his heart. A dark stain was there, black ink in the veins.

"Well, looks like I'll be helping you in." Daniel responded to himself, grabbing hold of the injured man as the stranger who accompanied him vanished. Under normal circumstances one may be worried about the inky substance coming from the creature, but Daniel wasn't all too worried about it getting on him. He reached out to help the man get an arm over his shoulder and with surprising strength for his size helped him towards his ship, lowering the ramp as they went and escorting him into the medical bay to take a seat. "I'm going to need you to strip down from me, or I can do it for you if everything is still jumbled."

Blindfold did, and you see a mark over his heart, a black splotch where ink was in his veins. A similar mark was on his right, along with a gash from an unknown weapon. "Do you have a cloth or... or something so I can cover this up?" he asked, gesturing towards his eye sockets.

Daniel nodded as he took in the sight, stepping aside as he retrieved medical bandages from a cabinet along with a disinfectant spray. It would help seal the wounds and keep them clean, "This will sting a bit." He said quickly as he worked, spraying the gashes that he had first before asking him to raise his arms so he could effectively wrap them. "I can do the same for your eyes with this." Daniel repeated as he finished with the man's torso, doing a quick bandage after lifting the man's hair out of the way to safely secure it in front of his eyes. "Good news is the gash isn't too bad, but I'm unfamiliar with your physiology - I'll run a scan to see if you have any internal injuries, but you're going to have to let me know what you need if you want to speed this along." Daniel spoke as he worked, setting both the spray and the bandages down as he pulled up a holographic monitor to his side and a scan started to run along Blindfold.
