Akuma successfully earned himself a Ruby and a Diamond.

A boy has as many sisters as brothers, but each sister has only half as many sisters as brothers.
How many brothers and sisters are there in the family?

"Yep! And not just any astronaut...I'm the Ultimate Astronaut!" Kaito puffed out his chest with pride at his title. "I'm not an official astronaut juuuust yet, but I'm in training, snd going to the top school around! Of course, I had to put my schooling on hold, since I joined up with the Coalition and all...but I'm sure I'll end up in space in no time at all!"

There was no need to return to the tree fort, as Jin found out while rushing back.

"I'm back." Lee was carrying his newest trophies in his arms, which included a new bow. "We got the orb here safe and sound?"

Brook nodded. "All thanks to Jin! Now, we just need to figure out what to do with it..."

"Oh, I know what to do."

Brook turned to Efi. "You do? My, you really ARE intelligent for your age! How did you figure it out so quickly?"

"There was a note tied to it."

"Well done!" Riju called as Reimu arrived. "An excellent time, for a beginner."

A group of Gerudo women had gathered around a shrine, where a young Gerudo girl stood, a warrior beside her.

tumblr_ojqin14ygg1rf0hsxo1_500.gif

"It is my great honor to announce the second annual Sand Seal Race will be starting momentarily! With Vah Naboris no longer rampaging in this desert, we are free to continue our beloved Gerudo pastime in peace!" She stopped, as she noticed the group approach. "And here are the courageous vai that made it all possible!"

As the crowd noticed the group arrive, they began cheering loudly, as if everyone was a celebrity.

"Thank you, thank you!" Margreet said, curtsying as she reached the little girl. "It's so good to see you again, Lady Riju."

"Hmhmhm, it's good to see you all, too. After being in stasis for a year, it's nice to get outside, hm?"

"Oh, incredibly so," Zelda replied. "I'm glad to see Sand Seal Racing is back!"

"Oh, yes. If you vai would like to participate, go right on ahead. We'll get shields and seal ready-free of charge. It's the least we can do for you all, after how you helped us."

"Oh! Thank you!"

Within minutes, anyone who wanted to participate was now set up with a seal and a shield. "Take a little time to practice," Riju said. "I'm sure just going out into the race without would be quite troublesome."

Steering was easy to do: just guide the seal in the direction you wanted, and it would follow with no problem. Once everyone was ready to begin, they were all lined up at the starting line. "The rules are simple," Riju said. "Simply race out and steer your seal through the five goalposts out in the desert, then come back here across the finish line. Once you do, and we see your time, you will be rewarded based on how fast you went. All right, is everyone ready?"

"On your mark.."

"Get set..."

"GO!!!!"

(How to Play: Win a prize for racing around the Gerudo Desert! Here is a trivia game for you to play, which you can fill out and submit. Akane took a bit of time before the race began to practice sand seal riding. Once she got the hang of it, she was ready to race... sort of.

During the race, she put more focus into having a good time and attempting stunts than actually winning the race. The whole time, she was yelling "Whoo" and "Yeah," and for a moment she forgot the tragic situation she was in.

As she crossed the finish line, she returned the sand seal, giving it a pat. "You did great!"

She went to Riju to hopefully accept some sort of pize, and said, "That was a hell of a race, Lady Riju. I might have to come back next year for another!"

Azel meanwhile gave the Sand Seal a pat before he looked down at Enu, nodding in acknowledgement, though had to wonder if the boy knew how to use such a blade. “Okay, everyone! I have enough gems for Bludo’s roast, goro!” Yunobo held handfuls of jewels, which he brought over to a cooking pot nearby. Said pot had a huge Rock Roast inside, too big to fully fit inside. “Now, just one second…” Gritting his teeth, Yunobo closed his fists, squeezing tightly, and the gems were crushed into brightly colored dust, which he sprinkled onto the roast. “Okay! We’re ready, goro!”

The trip up to the hot springs didn’t take long, and soon they had arrived, Rock Roast in tow. “Bludo! I have your meal, goro!”

“Finally!” Bludo rubbed his hands together as he stood up and started out of the hot springs. “I’ve been waitin’ on this all day!”

CRACK.

Bludo froze in place a moment, before he bent over, a look of excruciating pain on his face. “Darn it! My back!! I spent all day in these springs, and it did nothing!!!”

“Bludo!”
The younger Goron set the roast down and escorted Bludo back into the water. “Take it easy, goro!”

“Ugh...my back just keeps gettin’ worse and worse!” He looked around. “Where’s Dell? Ain’t he supposed to talk with me about somethin’? He needs to hurry up and do it!”

“I’m here, I’m here!” Dell rushed up to the hot springs, looking particularly scratched up. “Sorry, I took a wrong turn and got held up with some Moblins. Fuckers knocked me out cold...What’s going on here?”

“Just the same as always,” Bludo grumbled. “My back, it’s killing me!”

“Aw, shit.” Dell ran a hand through his hair. “It’s really that bad?”

Yunobo handed Bludo the roast, which the elder started munching on. “Yup! I can barely get outta these hot springs without it acting up!”

“Fuck...all that training on Vah Rudania really did a number on you, huh?”

“*munch, munch* What training? I’ve had Yunobo here go up and practice on Rudania!”

“...What.”

“Oh! Yeah, goro.” Yunobo rubbed his head. “I’ve been training with Rudania, just like Daruk did. I think I’ve gotten the hang of it!”

“So you’re telling me, all this time, we could have just…” Dell closed his eyes for a minute. “No, no...I’m good. Yunobo, we need to attack Ganondorf in three days. We need you piloting Vah Rudania in order to launch that attack. Think you can handle it?”

The younger Goron nodded. “Just leave it to me, goro! I won’t let you down!”

“Great.” Dell sounded unconvinced, but looked at the group around him. “Let’s get ready to head out. We’re gonna meet up with the others in Kara Kara Bazaar outside Gerudo Town.”

“You guys go on ahead,”
Kaito said, getting out and allowing himself to dry off. “I swear there’s someone watching us, and I’m gonna find ‘em!”

“You do you, Kaito. In the meantime, everybody else head over to Daqo Chisay Shrine when you’re all ready,” Dell said.

“Make sure to come back to Goron City!”Bludo bellowed. “We’ll be happy to get you guys settled for the night!”

“Thank you all for your participation in this race! I know these past hundred years have made Seal Racing almost impossible, so I couldn’t be happier to bring this tradition back!”

The crowd cheered, and soon dispersed, until Riju, her guard, and the group was left.

“You all did wonderfully today,” Riju said. “But that’s to be expected, really. I doubt there’s much you couldn’t do, after seeing you all tame Vah Naboris.”

“Thank you, Lady Riju,” Margreet said, curtsying again.

“Oh please, call me Riju. We’re alone, after all.” The young leader giggled, tilting her head in amusement. “But...something tells me you’re not just here for racing. What brings you all to Gerudo Town today?”

“Well, you see...we’re ready to attack Ganondorf again. We already found some of his Traitors, and we’re much more of a team than we were last year!”

“I see. Well, that’s excellent news. Are you requesting borrowing my soldiers? They’ve been training incredibly hard ever since the Yiga Clan got their new master, so-”

“Oh, no.” Margreet shook her head. “We don’t need your army. We actually need you, Riju. You know how to pilot Vah Naboris, right?”

Her guard scoffed. “What a preposterous question! Lady Riju is only thirteen, far too young to-”

“Why yes. I do.” Riju smiled. “I’ve been training myself with her for a few months now. Usually it’s at night, but that gives me plenty of time to master her controls undetected.”

“B-But Lady Riju! That’s incredibly unsafe!”

“It’s all right, Buliara. Naboris and I are quite close now. I can handle her quite well.” She turned back to Margreet. “I take it you’ll need me to fire a shot on Hyrule Castle when the time comes, correct?”

“Yes! You won’t even have to leave the desert! We’ll send out a signal when the time comes, and that’ll be when you fire, all right?”

“Understood.” Riju looked up at the sky. “Evening will be coming soon, yes? You all might want to find sleeping arrangements. I’ll be happy to accomodate you here.”

“Thank you! For now though, we need to meet up with everyone at the Kara Kara Bazaar. We’ll definitely see you soon!” With that, Margreet started off for the nearby bazaar, encouraging the others to follow.

Their goal was a platform off the coast of the island. Only a short swim away, it was easier for the group to make a small ride on raft to the area. Getting off the boat, Lee was the one to take the orb and place it on the small groove in the pedestal. Once it was placed, the orb vanished into thin air, and the platform became blue.

"Yohohohoho! Look!" Brook pointed to the top of the hill, where the shrine glowed blue. "It worked! It really worked!!"

"Finally," Lee said, getting back onto the raft. "Let's get you three out of here."

A short walk and climb brought the six to the shrine, where only three of them would be able to leave. "Make sure you all have your weapons ready," Lee said. "I'm sure it's not as safe out there than it is here." He paused a moment, adding a simple, "Good luck."

As they were waved goodbye by the others, the three would enter the shrine, only for it to turn orange again once they did so. Inside was nothing special, save for three Sheikah Slates and a note, only saying, "Daqo Chisay." Well, guess that was where you were headed. Pressing the button would take you right outside of Gerudo Town...and you could see a group walking just shortly up ahead.

Kara Kara Bazaar was just a short walk away from Gerudo Town. An oasis in a harsh desert, there was an inn here, as well as some small vendors, and cool blue water. As both groups reconvened, Dell did a headcount. "I wanna make sure we're all here before we move on, but...six people missing? Jeez. "...and Zelda was getting Fireproof Elixirs ready for anyone going to Goron City tonight." Margreet frowned, concerned. "But four others missing? I don't-"

Peter- Amazing and Peter- MCU

" I got your swift carrot and rupees. I'm not sure anyone took anything else that was on you and pieced together what happened at all,"
he said, awkwardly not knowing what else there was on him.

"
You can have my Stone Smasher, it's an extra weapon for me," he said to Jin.

"
I'm going to stay here for a bit, I need to catch my bearings," he said, looking over at the others.

I'll go check the hot springs."

Jin's eye twitched for a moment as only part of his food and the money was presented to him; it was rather annoying that Peter had taken his money rather than the Windcleavers, given the implications of what his priorities were, but he could not complain aloud. Taking the carrots and the rupees with a nod of thanks, his eyes glanced over to the offered weapon that certainly seemed to fit the idea of a hammer rather than any sort of sword. For a moment, he couldn't help but stare at the weapon and its offerer with mute bewilderment, until finally shaking his head with a frown, "No. Such a weapon does not fit the style I was educated in."

As the last racers finished their runs, and all prizes were handed out, Riju addressed the crowd one last time.

Jeez. I know Kaito was off looking for some spy over at the hot springs."

"...and Zelda was getting Fireproof Elixirs ready for anyone going to Goron City tonight." Margreet frowned, concerned. "But four others missing? I don't-"

"Margreet! MARGREET!!!" Zelda came running to the group, pure horror on her face. It was easy to deduce just what had befallen those four others. "I...outside of town, they...!"

Margreet ut her hands on Zelda's shoulders. "Zelda honey, shh. It's okay. What did you see?"

He stopped as Margreet gasped, staring out over the horizon. Just then, three familiar people had arrived. Three people who should have been very, very dead.

"Hello, everyone!" Efi called with a wave. "Did you miss us?"

A genuinely warm if controlled smile crossed Jin's lips as Yuuki approached, and as a sign of respect for the young man, he bowed as well before taking the blade from him. Despite not knowing him or Azel for long, he couldn't help but enjoy the quiet, thoughtful men who seemed to share the same outlooks as he did or were simply just helpful to their mutual cause. "Thank you, Yuuki-san. While not my original blades from before I came to this world, I am grateful that you protected this one while I was gone," Besides Dell, this was perhaps the most obvious display of gratitude that most had seen from the somber ronin, and it seemed the feeling was to continue as he followed after Yuuki to the Massacre site, a hand on his Windcleaver's hilt as if ready to jump to the boy's defense at a moment's notice.
